The room was spacious with convenient amenities at reasonable prices, the beds were comfortable, and the stay was overall relaxing; most of the staff members were friendly.

Room was a decent size and practical, plus had a nice view - really enjoyed it! 🌆

Lots of food for breakfast, it was delicious. The room was great modern and well-appointed with a microwave oven, iron and ironing board, and coffee/tea making machines included.

The staff at the hotel was superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating. They helped me get a taxi and provided a continental breakfast before I left. The room I stayed in had pleasant views of the lake....  

The breakfast here offers warm seasoned potatoes and cheesy grits, as well as made-to-order fresh omelettes, with plenty of options to choose from.

the property is clean with a modern design, and the continental breakfast is warm. the double room is functional, we also truly enjoyed decent views. a bathroom is equipped with a bath.

The location was particularly good, close to a fancy high-rise mall.

The hotel is spotless. The staff are super-friendly. The breakfast is hearty and good hot. The venue provides a friendly service. They offer parking on site. The restaurant serves delicious Thai food.

This place is well-equipped and situated in a great location near various attractions, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket.

Our room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with couch, and we appreciated having access to wake-up service. Location: the hotel was next to nightlife in the area, museum and the main touristy attractions nearby like the millennial...

The continental breakfast is warm with a wide array of meals. The location is marvellous and perfect, not too far away from Navy Pier. The area is good next to Navy Pier and Michigan Avenue and the best places of Chicago downtown.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The location was absolutely perfect, with plenty of attractions within walking distance and easy access to major sights by car. The hotel itself was top-notch, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The front desk may have been a bit slow at times, but the service received from room service, housekeeping, and all the other hotel amenities more than made up for it. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee making facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The hotel also had a great dining restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a delicious meal or a refreshing drink. the staff's warm and friendly demeanor, along with the comfortable amenities and excellent service, made my stay truly memorable.
